I have found out that it appears in Disk Management by itself without erasing it's content via WD LifeGuard. Then disk finally showed in My Computer and everything is fine now. While my laptop did not recognized it, WD LifeGuard did, then I've just erased all on my HDD and entered Disk Management and created New Volume.
